MOCA is a tablet application that will motivate fragile eldlery to join the activities in the facility center of Bladel. Zuidzorg is already stimulating their clients to use these devices for their own program called “Zorg op afstand”. The application will invite elderly people to participate with and activity in the facility centre and also will arrange the travel from the home to the facility center in a very easy way. The elderly are still in control by accepting or declining and activity. By entering personal information in the system, for example the insecurities of the person, the volunteers at the facility center will be prepared on the arrival of the eldlery. Through the application the elderly also ahve the opportunity to prepare themselves for the activity by receiving more information and asking questions.
